Hi, I’m Katie!

I founded Thrive With Katie as I know how intense and challenging this world can be. We lead fast paced, busy lives in an overstimulating world. The majority of us women are walking around in a constant state of dysregulation. This “fight, flight, freeze mode” affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically and negatively impacts so many other aspects of our lives too. But with the right support and resources, it’s something we DO NOT need to struggle with. It’s possible for you to feel deeper levels of calm, relaxation and ease in your day-to-day life. 

During my teen years and early twenties, I lived a fast paced life in a constant state of ‘fight or flight’ . I was a perfectionist and a people pleaser. I would over commit, push myself too hard and then fall in a heap- sick, burnt out and exhausted. This unsustainable cycle was my go to pattern, until one day, enough-was-enough. 

Having been a life coach and professional international speaker in the personal development sector for over 16 years, I knew that I had the ability to become more conscious, calm, present and patient. I knew that if my reality was no longer feeling good, I could change it. So I did.

I started studying breathwork, yoga, meditation, somatic healing and nervous system regulation. From there everything changed. I implemented the techniques I’d learned and the results were mind blowing and quite literally changed the trajectory of my life for the better.

Here I am today- a mother, a partner, a business owner, a speaker and a coach.

My life is more full than ever before, and I am more calm, grounded, joyful and fulfilled than ever before. 

Over 70% of the issues that clients come to me for 1-on-1 coaching for, stems back to a dysregulated nervous system, and so as my way of giving back and serving my community, I created the “Nourished, Regulated & Robust” Nervous System Masterclass.- giving women, just like you, the tools, knowledge and support to be more aware, present, joyful, grounded and aligned.
