Hi, I’m Katie!

I founded the Thriving Mums Club as I know how massive the transition to being a mum is. It affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. It’s something that no one can really prepare us for. But with the right support and resources, it’s something we DO NOT need to struggle through. As mothers, we are the glue that holds our families together. Our children’s nervous system will often mirror our own. When we are regulated and grounded, we become an anchor of grounding for our children.

During my teen years and early twenties, I lived a fast paced life in a constant state of ‘fight or flight’ I would go, go, go and then burn out. This unsustainable cycle was my go to, until I started studying breathwork, yoga, meditation, somatics  and nervous system regulation.

From there everything changed. I studied a year long Meditation Teacher Training Certification the year I was pregnant with my son and it gifted me a beautiful foundation of calm, groundedness and presence which I carried into motherhood with me. I experimented with all techniques I’d learned through the lens of motherhood and the results were mind blowingly beautiful. Having been a life coach and professional international speaker in the personal development sector for over 16 years, I knew that I had the ability to become a conscious, calm, present and patient mother, and with these tools and techniques, I became exactly that.

Over 70% of the issues that clients come to me for 1-on-1 coaching for, stems back to a dysregulated nervous system. As my way of giving back and serving my community, I created the “Nourished, Regulated & Robust Masterclass” giving mums the tools, knowledge and support to be more grounded, patient and present.
