Here’s The Problem…

At different times, most mums feel:

  • Exhausted, burnt out and time poor.  

  • Lost in motherhood. They’re disconnected from their “old self & old life” and simultaneously trying to figure out “who am I now?” and “what’s my value and purpose outside of being a mum?”

  • Uncomfortable, insecure and at times confronted by their post baby body. Logically they feel grateful and amazed at what their body has done, but still struggle to fully accept their new body. 

  • Disconnected from their partner intimately. Insecure and unsure or like more of a flat mate than a lover.

  • Struggle setting healthy boundaries or asking for help.

  • Know they need time to themselves, but feel overwhelmed or guilty when they prioritize their needs

  • Guilty when they are reactive, get frustrated or lack patience with their loved ones.

  • Isolated and alone at times. They long to find their “village” of likeminded mummas.

  • Not good enough. Judged and in competition with other mums. They question “am I a good mum?”

  • Like there may be some lingering traumas, limiting beliefs and “stuff” holding them back in life

How The Program Works

When you sign up to work with me, we start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about YOU, so I can get to know your unique situation, your current challenges and blockages, what’s led you to this moment, and your hopes and goals.

From there, we will develop a customised plan to move you through the following steps:

Step 1: Nervous System Regulation

Week 1 is a comprehensive Nervous System deep dive. We create a solid foundation of calm, patience, non- reactivity, safety and groundedness. You’ll identify your stress archetype, connect to the core beliefs keeping you in survival mode and begin to unwind layers of built up stress from your nervous system. Connect in with your Parasympathetic nervous system with proven tools, breathwork practices and activities to support you long term.

Step 2: Programming Your Mind For Success & Fulfillment

We'll reveal the root causes of your insecurities, sense of disconnection, limiting beliefs, emotional blockages and other behavioral patterns that prevent you from aligning with your most authentic, carefree and joyful self. This is a scientific methodology that will show you how to identify and remove what’s holding you back, and then re-wire your brain, so you can discover what’s possible for you, as a mother, partner and individual.

Step 3: Reconnecting with the real YOU

We go on a beautiful deep dive journey to reconnect and realign you with your authentic self. You’ll find answers to questions like; “Who am I now?”, “What’s my purpose?”, “What brings me joy?”, “What am I passionate about?” Leaving you with a solid sense of self, clear direction and a plan in place to allow you to step into your true self.

Step 4: Reconnecting with your BODY

This is where we unearth and begin to address (and remove) the limiting body image and confidence challenges you may be facing within your post baby body. You will reconnect and begin to feel at home within your skin.

Step 5: Strengthening RELATIONSHIPS post-baby

This module is where we talk all things relationships (intimte, friendships and amily). Together we identify what’s not currently working and share tools and ideologies to support your relationships to become more robust, connected and harmonious. We talk about how to find your like minded, supportive mumma village, and overcoming obstacles to intimacy with your partner post baby, as well as setting healthy boundaries, speaking your truth and asking for support. This module is juicy and incredibly transformative.

Re-Discover You is a 12 week, transformational group coaching program that gives you access to a supportive community, as well as 1-on-1 support to help realign you with your true self, your purpose and confidence.

Hi, I’m Katie!

I founded Thriving Mums Club as I know how massive the transition to being a mum is. It affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, hormonally and energetically. It’s something that no one can really prepare us for. But with the right support and resources, it’s something we DO NOT need to struggle through. 

When I first had my son, I lovingly poured myself into motherhood, but in the process I unintentionally ignored my own needs. Which left me feeling exhausted, disconnected, alone and unimportant. I’d watch my partner continuing his hobbies, sleeping (seemingly) well and enjoying regular social outings and would at times feel resentful, frustrated & alone.  

Having been a life coach and professional international speaker in the personal development sector for over 16 years, I knew that I had the power to create a more empowering and fulfilling reality for myself…. and so I did. 

Skip forward a few years; I now have two beautiful children and have figured out how to juggle being an awesome mum and partner, running a business, living my passion, and doing things that light me up. I feel healthy, confident, connected, grounded and fulfilled.

I had so many mums coming to me for 1:1 coaching, wanting to lead more sustainable and fulfilling lives- and so the RE-DISCOVER YOU 12 week transformational coaching program was born, where I teach my proven 5-step method to help mums Re-Discover themselves post baby, and I’d be so honored to support you to Re-Discover You as well.
